Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping from this site. We do offer international shipping from our Etsy shop.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We process our ready-to-ship orders multiple times per week. Please allow two to three business days for processing your order once payment has been received. Shipping generally takes 5-7 days for standard USPS mail and 2-3 days for USPS Priority.

If you ordered a made-to-order piece, please allow for an additional 5-7 days for fabrication. Made to order pieces are specified in the item listing.

All orders ship in padded bubble mailers via PayPal shipping. You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has shipped.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We ship all of our items packaged individually in a gift box, tied with a pretty ribbon. If you required additional gift wrap or would like to include a handmade note, please contact us with your order number and your request.

Do you create custom designs?

We love working with our customers to create one-of-a-kind pieces. Contact us with a description of the piece you would like to customize, and we will email you with a custom quote and a time frame for completion.

Do you offer multiples for bridal party jewelry or gifts?

We love working with brides and accommodating their needs whenever we can. Many of the items listed in our shop are limited in quantity or one-of-a-kind. However, we can often create multiples of the same piece or something similar with enough advance notice. Please contact us with the design that interests you at least six weeks prior to the date when the pieces will be needed. We will prepare a custom quote and provide an estimate of the time needed for fabrication and shipping.

I love design XYZ but I would prefer it in a different finish. Is this possible?

Many of the items listed in our shop are limited in quantity or one-of-a-kind. However, it is often possible to produce the same piece in a variety of metals and finishes. For example, many of our silver and copper pieces are shown with an oxidized finish. The same piece can often be recreated in a shiny polished finish. Several of our pieces offer a finish option right on the item page.

I don't see my question here.
